Drives & Special Collections

For the month of November, Church at Six Forks is collecting Thanksgiving supplies for North Raleigh Ministry’s pantry. This can be anything that is part of a complete Thanksgiving meal. We are challenging every family to donate the equivalent of one family meal by November 19th, which will give North Raleigh Ministries enough time to distribute the donations to our neighbors in need. Possible donations include:

  • Stuffing,
  • Mashed potatoes,
  • Yams,
  • Green beans, corn, or any canned vegetable,
  • Cranberry sauce,
  • Gravy,
  • Pasta and pasta sauce,
  • and more!

Please bring your donations to the shopping cart in the atrium.

Church at Six Forks has an ongoing collection for our partner elementary schools. Currently, we’re collecting backpacks, hard pencil cases, and prepackaged single-serve snacks. Please bring your donations to the labeled bins in the atrium.

Church at Six Forks is participating in Habitat for Humanity’s Methodist Coalition Build at Old Poole Place. Our next build date is November 4. We would like volunteers to provide lunch for the builders that day. If you’d like to assist with lunch, please contact Pastor Angela or the church office.

On December 16th, 2023, Little Sprouts at Six Forks will be hosting their annual Winter Wonderland and silent auction. The silent auction is a big fundraiser that enables our preschool to buy supplies for the rest of their school year. However, they need donations to sell at the silent auction. Past donations have included:

  • Photography sessions,
  • Salon appointments,
  • Homemade crafts,
  • Sports tickets,
  • A “s’mores kit” of crackers, marshmallows, chocolate, and a portable grill,
  • Many other goods and services.

If you own or know a business that can donate to the silent auction, please contact the preschool director, Mrs. Bree, at or (919) 342-6075.
